Section 38
Designating National Games

(1) The Government of Nepal may designate any game as the national game of Nepal on the recommendation of the Council.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the volleyball game designated by the Government of Nepal as a national game before the commencement of this Act shall be considered as a national game in accordance with this Act.
